For the past six years Glenn Wallace has rewarded his clients by bundling the perfect pre-Christmas gift with his end of year marketing campaign, relying on Harvey Norman Commercial to do all the hard work behind the scenes. The campaign has proven so successful in the Christchurch area, that other MediaWorks branches are replicating the concept across the country.
Glenn initially came up with the idea after seeing a JBL Xtreme Speaker in a Harvey Norman retail store. Blown away by the quality of the sound, he approached Harvey Norman Commercial to source units to incentivise his next marketing campaign, “It was a huge success. My clients loved the incentive.”
Each year Glenn relies on his Harvey Norman Commercial Account Manager Stephen Chapman to deliver the goods, “He provides fantastic product suggestions that are well priced. I choose, he sources the units and even takes any extras back. The whole process is stress free for me.”
In the past few years Glenn’s clients have received a high quality portable waterproof speaker, a speaker with an integrated touchscreen and Google Assistant, and a state of the art radio alarm clock, “My customers think it is a lovely thing to happen in the run up to Christmas, a real treat. It is a win-win for them and me.”
